Topics:

§  Later school start times cause more harm than good. ( 1 round)

§  In the face of injustice, civil disobedience is morally required. (2 rounds)

§  The U.S. should establish a national DNA database of all residents. (2 rounds)

Prep Time: 

§  Per MSPDP guidelines, electronic devices (i.e tablets and laptops) are allowed during prep time.  Cases do not need to be printed.  HOWEVER, debaters should not access the internet during prep time.

8:15: Announcements in cafeteria; Each school assigned own prep room.

8:30 Coaches meet in tabroom

8:40: Release Round 1 pairings/Prep time begins

9:00: Round 1

10:15 Release Round 2 pairings/Prep time begins

10:35: Round 2

11:30: Lunch

12:15: Pairings for Round 3/Prep Time begins

12:35: Round 3

1:45: Release pairings round 4/Prep Time begins

2:05: Round 4 

3:30 Release pairings and topic for Round 5/Prep Time begins

3:50: Round 5

4:45 Awards

5:15 Departure

Entries:

Each school may register 6 teams. You may also register one additional waitlist team and will be notified by Friday, February 2^nd  if space allows.

Registration deadline is Friday, February 2nd by 5:00 PM.

Food:

 A boxed sandwich lunch may be pre-ordered on Tabroom and be paid for at registration.  Cash or check to Chaminade is accepted.
